  • MoM- Mumbai | Mr. Neeraj Bajpai Elected General Secretary, Maharashtra Chapter

    Dear IIMCians,
    Maharashtra Chapter of IIMC Alumni Association met at the Mumbai Cricket Association Club on 23rd June, 2018. 
    Minutes of the Meeting:

    1. Mr. Neeraj Bajpai, currently an executive member, was elected as the new General Secretary of the chapter. Outgoing General Secretary Mr. Devidutta Tripathy proposed Mr. Bajpai's name, and Ms. Sonam Saini seconded it.
    2. Led by chapter president Ms. Gayatri Srivastava, members present discussed about the annual event Connections held in March, and ways to make it even better in the next edition.
    3. Members also talked about steps that can be taken to increase alumni participation in the bi-monthly meetings. The next meeting of the chapter is being planned for July/August.

  • CC Approves 7 Stage 4 Million INR Budget to Host Annual Alumni Meet- Connections 2018

    The Central Committee of IIMC Alumni Association met at IIMC HQ, New Delhi on 17th December, 2017. IIMCAA President Mr. Suresh Kumar Vashishth presided over the meeting that was attended by Executive President Mr. Anand Bhushan, General Secretary Mr. Mihir Ranjan, Organisation Secretary Mr. Pratham Dwivedi, Senior Alumna Ms. Simrat Gulati, Ms. Shillpi A Singh, Mr. Prasad Sanyal, Mr. Madhur Kalra, Mr. Rahul Sharma, Mr. Ashim Ghosh, Mr. Ritesh Verma, Mr. Muni Shankar Pandey and Mr. Govind Kumar.
    Minutes of the Meeting:-
    1. The central committee, after three rounds of CC Meeting on December 3rd, 10th and 17th, has approved a 7 stage 4 million INR budget to host Annual Alumni Meet- Connections 2018 on February 18 in New Delhi and 14 cities across the nation for chapter level Connections. Here are the steps of 7 stage 4 million budget attached to sponsorship collection scenarios.

  • MoM- Mumbai | Maharashtra Chapter Meeting | 3 December, 2017

    Dear IIMCians,
    Maharashtra Chapter of IIMC Alumni Association met at the Mumbai Cricket Association Club on 3rd December 2017. Led by President Ms. Gayatri Srivastava, members also participated in a “Secret Santa” exchange, sharing gifts and good wishes. Mr. Neeraj Bajpai, Mr. Swaroop Chakraborty, Ms. Neha Dave, Ms. Kamini Patil and Mr. Devidutta Tripathy attended the meeting.
    Minutes of the meeting:
    1. Members present discussed ways to increase participation of more alumni members in the meetings which are usually bi-monthly.
    2. Further discussion was held on the possibility of organising an entertainment programme in late January/early February ahead of the annual event.
    3. Members also suggested having the next chapter meeting on a Saturday evening to enable more participation.
    4. It was also discussed to suggest to the national chapter that the annual event is held on a Saturday evening instead of a Sunday.

  • MoM | Ranchi- Jharkhand Chapter Meeting | 5 November, 2017

    Dear IIMCians,
    Jharkhand Chapter of IIMC Alumni Association met in Ranchi of November 5th, 2017. Chapter President Mr. Manoj Kumar presided over the meeting that was attended by Vice President Mr. Kumar Rajesh, Mr. Amit Kumar Gupta, Secretary Mr. Pranav Pratyush, Organisation Secretary Mr. Puja Arpita Oraon, Mr. Onkar Pandey.

    Minutes of the Meeting:-

    1. Frequency of the meetings would be at least once in 3 months.
    2. All members will undertake responsibility of holding meetings in their respective areas one by one. This means an individual will have to hold the meetings and organise it at a suitable place with support from senior members.
    3.  A short trip to Betla, Netarhat/ Dalma will be organised soon.

  • MoM | Maharashtra Chapter Meeting | 2 Octotber, 2017

    Dear IIMCians,
    Maharashtra Chapter of IIMC Alumni Association met at the Mumbai Cricket Association Club on 2nd October, 2017. President Ms. Gayatri Srivastava, General Secretary Mr. Devidutta Tripathy, Organisation Secretary Ms. Kamini Patil and Executive Member Mr. Neeraj Bajpai attended the meeting.
    Minutes of the meeting:
    1. Members present approved donations of 25,000 INR raised by the alumni to be contributed to the “Raahat” flood relief initiative of non-profit Goonj on the occasion of Daan Utsav (The Joy of Giving Week).
    2. Members further discussed the plan to have an entertainment programme such as a movie screening, a book reading or stand-up comedy along with one at the next meetings.
    3. It was suggested that a Saturday evening will suit better for the Maharashtra Annual Alumni Meet 2018 instead of a Sunday. Members will further discuss the proposal among themselves and with the Central Committee of IIMCAA.

  • MoM | Patna- Bihar Chapter Meeting | 17 September, 2017

    Dear IIMCians,

     

    Bihar Chapter of IIMC Alumni Association met at Journalist Union Office in Patna on 17th September, 2017. General Secretary Mr. Saqib Khan, Mr. Manish Gupta, Ms. Imbesat Imam, Mr. Amarjeet Kumar and Ms Mahima Tiwary attended the meeting.

     

    Minutes of the Meeting:-

    1. The Meeting, in consultation with Chapter President Mr. Bhola Nath and other active members, decided to fill in the vacant posts of the chapter committee. Mr. Manish Gupta elected as Secretary, Ms. Imbesat Imam as Organisation Secretary and Mr. Satyavrat Mishra as Treausurer.

    2. It was decided to connect all alumni working or living in Bihar with Bihar chapter and enroll them as a member of the IIMC Alumni Association.

    3. It was decided to host the meeting once or twice in a year at some tourist place outside Patna.

    5. It was decided to create a Facebook page of Bihar Chapter where activities and information can be shared.

    6. It was resolved to meet on a regular basis.
