1) Lead – New Business Strategist
Job Description
As part of its expansion plans, Sportz Interactive is seeking a Manager and Team Lead for a new Strategic Business Unit to drive growth opportunities in the sports-new-media space. The selected candidate will work closely with our product, sales, innovation, engineering and publishing teams and drive partnerships, sales and other monetization efforts with brands, advertisers and sponsorship activation groups, either directly or through their agencies.
Responsibilities
* Play a critical role in establishing and evolving related monetization strategies
* Build a network, develop strategic partnerships and evangelize SI’s unique capabilities to the industry
* Initiate and drive Sportz Interactive’s B2C initiatives
* Build a network of advertising platforms across all new media and drive the sales, monetization and growth of all related opportunities
* Scale the SBU; also adding quality resource to the team ensuring growth across levels
Requirements
* At least three years of web product / sales strategy experience
* Deep knowledge of online advertising market and related online business models with an in-depth understanding of Internet , mobile and other consumer technologies
* Well networked, resourceful and highly organized
* Proven track record of high success and achievement
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative skills
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships within the organisation and across the industry at large
2) Intern or Content Associate
* Internship stints ranging from 3 to 6 months are up for grabs
* Creation and management of content across various sports
* Web/Media/Business/Product related tasks and responsibilities
* Research and quality
* Other miscellaneous roles and responsibilities

Experience for both the positions remain same
Experience: We’re open to hiring fresh graduates/undergraduates. The only criteria:
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Passion for sports (Cricket, Football, F1, MotoGP, etc.)
* Computer proficiency/Internet savvy
* Exposure to research, writing, blogging, social media is desirable, but not essential.
