Maharashtra Chapter of IIMC Alumni Association met at the office of alumni and Dy. CP of Mumbai Police Mr. Virendra Mishra on October 22nd. Chapter President Mr. Suryakant Mishra presided over the meeting that was attended by Mr. Amit Karn, Ms. Hasleen Kaur, Ms. Dolly Bansiwar, Ms. Kamini Patil, Ms. Sonam Saini, Mr. Saransh Jain and Mr. Arpan Roy.

– Meeting deliberated on means to raise the membership and make meetings interesting for everyone.

– Chapter is planning to host film Screening in November. Ms Hasleen Kaur will handle the project.

– Chapter is planning to do a joint Social event with one NGO on the occasion of Christmas.

IIMC Alumni Association

Uttar Pradesh Chapter of IIMC Alumni Association met at the residence of Organisation Secretary Mrs. Kamlesh Rathore on September 23rd, 2016. General Secretary Mr. Pankaj Jha, Treasurer Mr. Laxmi Shankar Mishra, Mr. Bhai Shelly, Mr. Abhishek Sinha, Mr. Avinash Rai, Md. Imtiyaz Ahmad, Mr. Ramendra Singh, Mr. Sushil Chandra Tiwari, Mr. Ashwani Kumar Nigam, Ms. Shikha Singh, Ms. Surekha Shukla, Mr. Tarun Nishant and Mr. Utkarsh Chaturvedi attended the meeting.

1. Chapter Committee will meet once in three months.

2. Chapter Committee will arrange family get together during festivals.

3. Chapter will organise a seminar soon.

4. Chapter Committee will try to contact alumni not in touch so far and include them in chapter activities. 

5. It will encourage alumni in other cities of state to meet under the banner of IIMC Alumni Association as well.

Gujarat Chapter of IIMC Alumni Association met on September 18th at Science City, Ahmedabad. Chapter President Mr. Pradeep Mallik presided over the meeting that was attended by General Secretary Mr. Arvind Kumar, Mr. Dheeraj Vashishtha and Mr. Vikram Vishal.

1. Discussed about giving back to society by visiting educational institutes and sharing our experiences with future media stalwarts and others.

2. Discussed ways in which we can help IIMCians in getting Internships

3. Discussed about Panel for IIMCAA Elections, 2016 and about the voting rights

4. Opening of chapter bank account to keep a transparent mechanism in place for fair handling of membership fees and any other finacial contribution

5. Annual membership fees collected

6. Online registration of members on our parent website IIMCAA

7. Next meet will be either on 21st or 24 October at Pandit Dendayal Petroleum University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat
