Delhi Chapter of Public Relations Society of India has decided to celebrate the PR day by organizing a seminar on the theme “RTI for strengthening the democracy-Role of Public Relations” at Ghalib Hall, Scope Convention Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi on 21st April 2010 at 4.30 P.M..
Sh. Wajahat Habibullah, the Hon’ble Chief Information Commissioner, Govt. of India, will be the chief Guest. Mrs. Rita Sinha, Secretary, Ministry of Rural Development will preside over the function.
