· दोनों भाषाओं में धाराप्रवाह लिखने की क्षमता हो

· अनुवाद करने से पहले मूल भाषा में कॉपी एडिट और रीराइटिंग करना आना चाहिए

· अनुवाद समसामयिक मुहावरे में हो

· समयबद्ध रूप में काम कर पाने की योग्यता

· कंप्यूटर पर सहजता से काम कर पाए – माइक्रोसॉफ़्ट वर्ड तथा इंटरनेट का इस्तेमाल आता हो
