  • Andhra Pradesh Chapter: Byomakesh President, Rajesh General Secretary

    Dear IIMCians,

     
    The inception meeting of Andhra Pradesh Chapter of IIMC Alumni Association took place at Huda Park, Hyderabad on 25th November 2012. IIMCians present in the meeting condoled the unfortunate sad demise of Late Manoj Kandher.
     
    Those who attended the meeting in Huda Park are Byomakesh Biswal, Rudra Narayan Das, Abinash Mohapatra, Jayanta Kumar Sahu, Bikash Kumar Routray, Rabinarayan Samal & Rakesh Kumar Mohanty.
     
    In addition to the people who attended the meeting several IIMCians, during the meeting, telephoned the Coordinator Rakesh Kumar Mohanty to express their inability to attend the meet physically due to unavoidable reasons but assured full cooperation in the alumni activities. Many of them assured to accept any responsibility assigned to them by the meeting to strengthen the Association in the state. They are: Suchitra Patnaik, Anshul Shukla, Rajesh Parida, Bibhu Prasad Barik, Indu Kumari, Manoj Das, Shalini Mohapatra, Vinit Kumar Koneru, Khusboo Gupta, Priyadarshi Samantaray, Sudip Sen, Mitali Pattnaik & Surajita Mishra.
     
    Meeting decided to start the membership drive to enroll all IIMCians in the state once National Unit sends the membership form.

  • IMP: Logo submission deadline to expire on 28th November

    Dear IIMCians,

     
    In continuation with our earlier mail (IIMCAA Logo Design Competition, Last Date 24 November), IIMC Alumni Associstion is extending the deadline for the submission of the LOGOs till 05.00 PM of 28th November, 2012 in the wake of requests made by several IIMCians.
     
    We have received 9 LOGOs so far from 3 esteemed IIMCians. We are publishing all these deisgns for the consideration of IIMCians in an album. It would be updated with every new arrival till 05.00 PM of 28th November, 2012. LOGOs are open for voting in the form of LIKES.
     
    Office Bearers of the Association will select the official LOGO for the Association in a meeting to be held on 2nd December, 2012 and announce the winner same day. Winner will be awarded Lifetime Membership of the Association and a gift.

  • Bihar Chapter: Selection of Office Bearers on 8 December

    Dear IIMCians,

     

    It was great meeting our alumnus of our alma mater- IIMC. Despite festivity fever, we had an attendance of 11 alumnus in the meeting at Patliputra Ashok Hotel, Patna on 21st November, 2012.

     

    IIMCians present in the meeting decided that selection of office bearers be taken up during next meeting on December 8, Sunday. It has been proposed that the next meeting can be held at residence of Mr Shambhu Nath, Vice Chancellor, Patna University or conference hall of Jeevika.

     

    It was also estimated that there are more than 40 alumni working or living in Bihar. In the next meeting we will ensure a larger participation and select officer bearers for the Bihar Chapter of IIMC Alumni Association. Suggestions were also made to hold monthly meeting.

     

    We need to bring all our alumni together. It will be very helpful if we circulate this mail/ message to others who are not aware of this meeting.

  • IMP: Gaurav Shrivastava is Coordinator, Indore Sub-Chapter

    As per the resolutions passed in the inception meeting of the Madhya Pradesh Chapter of IIMC Alumni Association, Mr. Gaurav Shrivastava is being appointed Coordinator for the Indore Sub-Chapter.
     
    The Sub-Chapter will function as an extension of state chapter. President and General Secretary of Sub-Chapter would be Ex-officio Vice-President and Secretary of State Chapter.

     

    Mr. Shrivastava will arrange the inception meeting of the Sub-Chapter soon which will elect/ select office bearers.
