The Central Committee of IIMC Alumni Association met on January 5 at IIMC HQ. Vice President Mr. Apurva Chamaria presided over the meeting while it was attended by General Secretary Mr. Animesh Bishwas, Organisation Secretaries Mr. Harshendra Verdhan, Mr. Ritesh Verma, Secretaries Ms. Vartika Tomer, Mr. Mohit Agarwal, Ms. Deepti Gahrotra, Treasurer Mr. Gaurav Dikshit, Executive Members Mr. Varun Vagish, Mr. Amit Kanaujia, Mr. Nishant Verma, Mr. Kaushal Kumar, Mr. Prakhar Arya, Ms. Nikita Arora. 

Coordinator of Campus Wale Writers Ms. Vartika Nanda, Organisation Secretary of Maharashtra Chapter Mr. Krishna Pophale & Alumni Mr. Ajay Khullar, Mr. Nitin Sreedhar, Ms. Srishit Dugar, Mr. Satyanand Gupta, Mr. Abhijit Singh, Ms. Kamini Patil & Mr. Amiya Kushwaha also attended the meeting.

Voluntary Contribution Scheme has been launched to strengthen IIMCAA financially. General Secretary Mr. Animesh Biswas and Organisation Secretary Mr. Harshendra Verdhan contributed 10,000 INR each to launch the scheme. Association will accept any contribution above 1000 INR under the scheme.

Ms. Srishti Dugar will handle digital activities of IIMCAA with Mr. Ritesh Verma & Ms. Deepti Gahrotra.

The Central Committee will meet on January 5 at IIMC HQ @ 2 PM to deliberate following. Members of Finance, Logistics and Communication Committees are requested to not to miss the meeting. It will be last & final meeting over all aspects of Alumni Meet 2014.

3. Expense and Income planning for Connections 2014.

4. Membership Drive for the Year 2014-15.

5. Any other unlisted issue raised by members present in the meeting.

We invite IIMCians to design a FB Cover for the Event which must cover-

– Venue: IIMC HQ, New Delhi

– Time: 3.00 PM Onward

– An Alumni/ Alumna/ IIMC Student may design one/ multiple FB covers.

– Dimension of the FB Cover must fit at our page www.facebook.com/IIMCAA

– Entry must be sent as JPEG files

– 5 Winners will be selected on the basis of FB Likes at our Page. All winners will be felicitated at Connections 2014. 

– IIMCAA will share all entries on January 11 at its page for voting.

– Voting will close on February 14. 

– Winners will be announced on Feb 15.

– Last Date for entry- January 10, 2014

– IIMCAA will use selected FB Covers as and when required for the event.
